World-renowned American architect Jeanne Gang has been retained by Slate Asset Management to design her first building in Canada at the southwest corner of Yonge Street and Delisle Avenue in midtown Toronto.

The tower’s tessellated glass exterior will be dotted with tons of green terraces and will feature ample retail space on its ground floor.

The goal of the project is twofold – first to bring broad-based urban improvements to the Yonge + St. Clair community and second to reinvent the way we think about high-rise living.

Featuring a rhythmic exterior and panoramic views, One Delisle will rise from a rectangular retail podium and transform into a 16-sided circular tower composed of outdoor spaces and an angled form that provides shading from the elements.

Located right in the Deer Park neighbourhood, bordered by luxurious Rosedale and Forest Hill, One Delisle will forever change Toronto’s skyline and set a new precedent for urban living.

One Delisle will be a condominium complex located at 1 Delisle Avenue. At the intersection of St. Clair Avenue East, the development is in a prime location, in a neighbourhood called Deer Park, just north of Summerhill.
